Leonard Guerrero has learned and shared a wealth of experience and knowledge working within the non-profit realm of real estate associations. His 30 years of experience in the real estate industry has provided him with opportunities to serve as Chairman of the Board for the Austin Board of REALTORS®, to serve with Texas REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He has served as Secretary-Treasurer for the Austin Board of REALTORS® Foundation (a charitable arm and scholarship program). He has served multiple terms as Board Director and Regional Vice-President with the Texas Associations of REALTORS®. Additionally, he has served on multiple committees at both at the local and state association level. Currently, he serves as a Regional Vice-President on the Executive Board with the state association.
Leonard was recognized for his service and leadership in the real estate industry when he was awarded REALTOR® of the Year in 2016 by the Austin Board of REALTORS®. He has been instrumental in organizing charitable drives in association with his sponsoring broker, JB Goodwin REALTORS® and the Junior League of Austin.
